Infertility
Difficulty conceiving may sometimes be related to identifiable fertility patterns or factors that can be addressed.
At Simple & Natural, there is nothing that brings us more joy than helping couples understand their fertility and achieve pregnancy.
Many come to us after months or years of trying to conceive. Some have already undergone medical testing or fertility treatments without finding an explanation or achieving pregnancy. Others may be experiencing irregular or absent cycles, while in some cases male fertility factors may be involved.
Our Simple and Natural Approach
Our approach begins by helping couples understand their fertility through the natural signs of the menstrual cycle. When medical evaluation or treatment is needed, we work alongside your healthcare provider.
“Most of our clients have achieved pregnancy
without the use of fertility drugs or uncomfortable, expensive interventions.
It could be that simple!

LEARN HOW TO CHART THE BIOMARKERS OF FERTILITY DURING THE MENSTRUAL CYCLE
With the science of the Billings Ovulation Method®, we teach you to identify and chart the natural signs of fertility that reflect the hormonal changes of the menstrual cycle, helping you recognize the optimal time for conception.
NO MENSTRUAL CYCLES? MALE FERTILITY FACTORS?
We collaborate with your medical provider to help identify possible causes. Once cycles are established, or when male fertility factors are present, we provide personalized guidelines based on the Billings Ovulation Method to help couples identify the most favorable time for conception.
WILL I NEED FERTILITY TREATMENT?
Not necessarily. When an underlying issue is identified, appropriate treatment may help restore or support natural ovulation and fertility. In some cases, changes in nutrition, exercise, or other aspects of lifestyle may also be recommended by a healthcare professional.
Any medical treatment, change in physical life style, nutrition and the use of supplements, are to be prescribed and monitor by a doctor or medical professional.
