As a fertility educator

I collaborate with health care professionals demystifying your menstrual cycle. This knowledge is essential for the diagnosis and treatment of menstrual cycle irregularities and infertility issues.

Certifications

I completed the FEMM, Fertility Education Medical Management course, which links reproductive health to nutrition, explores brain and endocrine influences, particularly in adolescence, and provides a physiological basis for clinical care rooted in the concept of ovulation as a sign of health. 2020 -FEMM, Fertility Education and Medical Management.

Trained in evidence based fertility education to enhance natural fertility and to prevent and treat fertility related issues. 2017-Medicine of Fertility & The Billings Ovulation Method. -Center of Studies of Fertility; The Faculty of Medicine of The University of Conception, Chile.

My journey

Ever since I was a girl, I had a deep respect for nature and marveled with the beauty and essence of womanhood. When it was time to plan a family, my inner self just could not come to terms with the two choices presented to me: to take the pill or have a device inserted in my body! It was just so unreal to disrupt a healthy system by having an apparatus in my body or, by ingesting synthetic hormones. I could not risk the side effects!

My personal experience with Natural Fertility Regulation

Learning a natural method that was based on science and that allowed my body to remain as intended by nature was wonderful! It was as effective as the pill on postponing pregnancy and simple to learn. Throughout the different stages of fertility, I was able to space the birth of my babies without doubts or regrets. And, it was essential in the diagnosis and treatment of reproductive health issues.

I wanted to share it with the world!

After using this method for over ten years, I became certified as a natural family planning teacher by the The Billings Ovulation Method® Association -USA.

Woman, it is your body!

Soon after my journey as a fertility educator began, I was aware of the lack of knowledge that most women have about their menstrual cycles. I also witnessed the disparity, that not only women but teenage girls were experiencing, when receiving “medical care” to address menstrual irregularities. I just could not be still and decided to continue my training. I resourced to organizations that are leading in implementing effective medical protocols. The tools I acquired, allow me to collaborate with women and medical professionals side to side. The benefit? women can obtain a diagnosis and a medical treatment based on evidence.
